METHOD OF ENTRY:

You will receive one (1) entry for each of the following:

5. Tweet a Link to ADH Enterprise Small Business Christmas Giveaway and invite your followers to enter
6. Post a link to ADH Enterprise Small Business Christmas Giveaway in a forum (please follow all the forum’s guidelines and rules regarding posting links and giveaways) and invite forum participants to enter.
7. Receive one entry for every friend/fan/follower you refer.  THEY must include your name in their Qualified Entry Post and you will be given a manual entry for each referral prior to drawing of the winners.

Each time you complete one of the entry methods above post in the “Leave A Comment” section below telling us what entry method you completed and your email address.  You may enter as many times as you like, provided you complete an entry method for each individual entry.

SMALL BUSINESS CHRISTMAS PRODUCT REVIEW GIVEAWAY

RULES & CONDITIONS

1. The ADH Enterprise  Small Business Christmas Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will run from December 8, 2011 through December 24, 2011 at 11:59PM.
2. The Giveaway is open to all US Residents 18 Years and older.
3. A Qualified Entry is defined as completing one of the 7 Entry Methods listed above (“Entry Methods”) AND leaving a comment in the “Leave a Comment Here” section of this Blog (“Comment Section”) containing the Entry Method completed and their email address.
4. All entries will be verified and the stated Entry Method will be checked for completion.  If anyone is found to be leaving a comment in the Comment Section without having actually completed the Entry Method claimed to have been completed, that person shall be disqualified from the entire Giveaway and will have all entries, qualified and verified or not, deleted prior to selecting a winner.
5. Entrants shall receive one entry for each comment they post in the “Comment Section”-that meet all requirements of a Qualified Entry.
6. Entrants may enter as many times as they like per day, provided they complete an Entry Method for each individual entry.
7. ADH Enterprises is not responsible for any “missing” or non-qualified entries.  If an entrant is found to be disqualified by ADH Enterprise that disqualification shall be considered final.
8. Winners will be selected via the “And The Winner Is” plug-in on WordPress (the “WordPress Plug-In”).
9. Once the Winners have been drawn via the WordPress Plug-In their winning Qualified Entry will be verified.  If found to be disqualified, for any reason, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.  The originally selected, disqualified winner, shall have no recourse against ADH Enterprise for his/her/it’s disqualification.
10. Winners will be notified via email and will have Forty-Eight (48) hours, from the time ADH Enterprise notifies them, to claim their prize.
11. For Prizes which require winner generated content, the winner agrees to supply ADH Enterprise with the required content within a reasonable time period to be agreed upon between the winner and ADH Enterprise.  Should any winner fail to submit required content within the agreed upon time frame they will automatically forfeit their prize and no additional winner will be selected.
12. Odds of winning depend on the number of Qualified Entries received.
13. All Entrants regardless of whether or not they are selected as a winner agree to indemnify ADH Enterprise from any and all claims arising from this Giveaway and/or their participation therein.
14. Winner agrees to indemnify ADH Enterprise from any and all claims relating or connected to their prize, in whole or in part, and furthermore agrees to indemnify ADH Enterprise from any and all claims made against any part of their prize, including their website and/or blog and understands that they are solely responsible for its content.  The Winner shall assume all legal responsibility relating to all prizes they won and agree to comply with all copyright, intellectual properties and state statutes with respect to all content they provide to ADH Enterprise.
15. This Giveaway is in being hosted and run by ADH Enterprise and is in no way associated, connected to or governed by Facebook, Twitter or any other software platform.
